It is only a crazy dream until you do it

In 2019, sportswear manufacturer Nike released a commercial. Title: „Dream Crazier.“ The commercial features female athletes who were once considered crazy, but are now an integral part of the sports world. Marathon runners, boxers, and the incredible Serena Williams: The tennis player won 23 Grand Slam tournaments, had a child, and returned to the sports arena.

„So if they want to call you crazy, …fine, show them what crazy can do,“ says Serena Williams in a voiceover. The long version of Nike’s claim „Just do it.“

Sometimes you wish this clear, competitive sporting transparency existed in the world of companies and organizations as well.

The one race that decides times, placements, and gold medals. True English and fair sportsmanship. May the best win. And the courage to set big goals pay off.

In interim management, this confidence in achieving something big with a client is indispensable. The INTERIM-SHERPAS team has been following this philosophy since our founding on Germany’s highest mountain, the Zugspitze. We strive to achieve ambitious goals with our clients and the best interim managers on the market. These independent leaders we call SHERPAS, like the best high-altitude guides in the Himalayas.

And because we love challenges, we have climbed all the highest natural peaks in every German state („16 Summits“). In 2024, we reached the summit of Austria’s highest mountain, the Großglockner (link to video below).

This year, a new challenge is coming: Italy’s highest mountain.

Stay tuned.

Always seeking new challenges
INTERIM-SHERPAS. We’ll get you there

PS: The proportion of female managers in our interim assignments in 2025 will be over 25%, well above the market average. Plenty of potential for more.
